Law on the Protection of public money
On behalf of the President of the People's Republic decided to read the following law, and promulgated it:
Article 1
The inviolability of public funds. . And protection and support of the duty of every citizen. . The protection of public funds in times of war and duty of national defense.

Article 2
Public funds are intended to apply the provisions of this Act, is owned or subject to management or supervision of one of the following: (a) State and local government units. (B) public bodies and public institutions and economic units of the two. (C) the Socialist Union and its institutions. (D) trade unions and federations. (E) institutions and private associations of public benefit. (F) cooperative associations. (G) any other provision of law on the grounds of their money from public funds.

Article 3

Article 4
Punishable by imprisonment of deliberately disrupted in any way and means of production or means used in the service of public utilities. If the crime occurred in order to damage or production or other public facility to a prison sentence.

Article 7
